How About a Birthday Card?

Here are a couple of Birthday cards I made.  The Black and Silver one I cased.  I just loved it!  Then I thought...how cute would it be with bright colored balloons?  So here is my version of the original one I cased from Mary Brown. The balloons were made with the Small Oval Punch and the Itty Bitty Shapes Punch Pack.  Clever, huh?  The Happy Birthday is from the Stamp Set - Sassy Salutations.
